Apologies

I apologize to those who visited The Slippery Slope within the past two hours. During that time (perhaps longer) The Slippery Slope was, effectively, down. I was messing with the settings to prevent more frustrating moments and didn't realize that somewhere along the line the entire template got screwed up and the main page was displaying gibberish. I had to redo the template and, in the process, lost all my ads, links, and hit counter (though Adsense has its own hit counter). It'll be a bit till everything is back to normal again here.

I'm resigned to have lost the post I put up earlier...things happen, I guess it wasn't meant to be.

I'm just glad we're back up and running after all the trauma tonight.
