Jack Abramoff Has Been Indicted
Jack Abramoff has been indicted by a Fort Lauderdale grand jury and will be brought into custody this afternoon by FBI agents in the Baltimore area (possibly closer to his home in White Oak, Silver Spring). As the article says, this is just one of many legal problems he's involved in. More here.

Yes, you are correct. However, based on the only article available at the time of my post (at least according to Google News-I first read about it from CQ) he was supposed to have been arrested in "the Baltimore area."
